I love this one especially. The pea vines curling out of the pages, and the rounded shapes of the peas pressing through the slit in the left-hand page... The lighting on this pic turned out especially well, too.
Bristol board sewn into signatures, cut and shaped. (If you dampen the paper, shape it, and hold it in place while it dries, it keeps that shape.) Mounted on acid-free hardboard covered with lokta bark paper.
Thank you! I was lucky doing the photo - there was strong sunlight reflecting up off the floor, so I leaned the piece against the wall in the reflected light. I turned it upside down so that the light seemed to come from above. The reflected light gave beautiful soft shadows without flattening out the bright areas.
